Both bedrooms have a double bed and there is a sofa bed in the living room with two extra beds.

With air conditioning, heating, smart amenities, it is the ideal home away from home, whether you are here for work or leisure.

As a guest you will have access to:

Set in the historic heart of Zaragoza, the apartment is just a 3-minute walk from the Mercado Central and 8 minutes from the iconic Plaza del Pilar. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach La Seo Cathedral, Alfonso I Street, Paseo Independencia and the popular tapas district of El Tubo. Despite being in the vibrant city center, the street is quiet and residential, giving you the best of both worlds.

Thanks to its unbeatable location, nearly all major attractions in Zaragoza can be reached on foot. If you prefer public transport, the nearest tram stop and multiple bus lines are just a few minutes away, offering easy access to the rest of the city and the train station. Whether you're here to explore, study, or work, this duplex offers the ideal base in the heart of it all.

The apartment consists of two floors with access by stairs.
The kitchen and the living room are joined in the same room. Both, apart from the master bedroom and a bathroom are on the first floor.
On the upper floor is the other bedroom and the other bathroom.

There is split type air conditioning only in the bedroom, two fans in the living room and heating (only upstairs).

The property has a decibel detector.

The total surface of the property is 50m2

The accommodation is equipped with:
Two towels per guest
1 Cleaning kit

Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
