Operating at sunrise and sunset, rooftop sprinklers reduce the indoor temperature by a few degrees when windows and doors are kept closed. The system uses collected rainwater and recycles excess water, ensuring sustainability while enhancing your comfort.



The ground floor boasts a large open-plan kitchen and dining area with a chill-out zone, opening to the garden through multiple access points. A larder room with two large fridges with plenty of storage and a guest bathroom ensures convenience.
