Summary:

Enjoy staying in the heart of London’s Islington area with this Stylish 1-bedroom apartment located on the 3rd floor of a secure residential building (WITHOUT an elevator). Self check-in starting from 3:00PM by picking up keys at a nearby shop. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required, in full accordance with platform's policies.



The Space:

Please note that this flat is located near flavorful Whitecross Street Market, which has many food stalls offering a variety of cuisines. The market is open Monday to Friday, from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Property Details:

This 40-sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and dining table and chairs and can also be used as a work-from-home space. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, refrigerator, stove, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The apartment has a clothes washer. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.



The bedroom is an interior in another building with a double bed with a superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.



Important Information and Policies

- Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 must be paid via a secure payment link before arrival

- Strictly NON-smoking.

- Pets NOT allowed

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

No visit to London would be complete without a stop at Chapel Market, a traditional London marketplace brimming with street food, vintage clothing, and bustling activity. Let your palate travel the world at Exmouth Market, offering tantalizing international cuisines from myriad street food vendors. With its close proximity to the London Underground station Old Street (Northern Line), Barbican (Circle, Hammesmith & City & Metropolitan Lines), Moorgate (Circle, Hammesmith & City, Metropolitan, Northern & Elizabeth Lines), access to other areas of the city is a piece of cake. You can easily reach sights such as Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and Big Ben, see the best musicals and plays in the West End, or go shopping at Harrods Department Store. The Tube stations also create easy links to reach London’s Heathrow, Gatwick or Luton Airports.

Other Things to Note:

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of £50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for £50. Both can be provide for £70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider. *The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible. *In the instance that you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a £50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a £90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - £120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.

The apartment was spotless, modern, and very well equipped — everything felt fresh and newly renovated. We loved the quiet location, yet it was still close to the center, with the metro just a short walk away and even direct bus connections to downtown. St. Paul’s Cathedral and other sights were within easy walking distance too. The check-in process was smooth, and being able to collect the keys at night without any extra charge was a big plus. The space was comfortable and spacious for our stay. Overall, we felt very comfortable here and would happily recommend it for a city stay.
