Welcome travellers to our exquisite apartment situated in the peaceful town of St Pauls Bay. If you're looking to be close to the sea while also having easy access to the island, this is place for you!
Just in front of a rocky beach, this property features a fully equipped kitchen, 2 large bedrooms and a living area fit for royalty, making it perfect for any type of stay.
All the property has strong WIFI access and AC, summer or winter we got you covered. A truly one of a kind property.

Dining Area | The dining area offers a charming setting for sharing meals with your loved ones, it features a stylish table set for our guests enjoy delicious meals prepared in the adjacent kitchen or linger over drinks and conversation late into the evening.
Bedrooms| 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom includes a double bed, along with an ensuite and a private balcony. The other bedroom features one single bed.
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we will also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.
Bathrooms| 2 full bathroom including a shower and toilet.
Laundry| Free access to washing machine, tumble dryer, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special. All is available for private and inside our apartment.

St Paul’s Bay is a village located in the North of Malta along its Northern coastline. Its municipality includes the neighbouring villages of Buġibba and Qawra, as well as a few smaller localities, which include Xemxija and Mistra.
You can take a stroll along the famous promenade, which stretches three kilometres along the coast from the top of Qawra to the south of St. Paul’s Bay. With plenty of pubs, restaurants and gelaterias dotted along the promenade, you’ll have plenty of choices for grabbing a drink or a meal.
There’s a nice nightlife scene in summer, and you’ll always find pubs, sports bars, clubs and a casino within walking distance.
If you are interested in doing water sports, St. Paul’s Bay is the place to be. Besides swimming, sunbathing and snorkelling, you can opt to try exciting sports like scuba diving and jet skiing.
Getting around San Pawl il-Baħar is easy and convenient, thanks to the various transportation options available.
For those who prefer to walk, many local amenities are within a short walking distance, such as restaurants, cafes, shops, and supermarkets.

Only registered guests are permitted to stay on the premises. The apartment's insurance coverage is based on the booked guest count. Any additional guests must receive prior approval, and a nightly fee may be applied for extra guests.
Very important notes before booking:
1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)

8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
