Welcome travellers to our beautiful 2BR penthouse in the heart of Qawra. Ideal for up to 6 guests, our home offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience & breathtaking views!
The highlight of this space is the large terrace, beautifully furnished and ideal for dining and gatherings.
Also included is a large living space with a fully equipped kitchen a sofa with smart TV, spacious dining AREA and 2 large private BR's; perfect for any occasion.
A very strong WIFI system is installed with AC.
The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.
For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.
Living Area | Our cozy living area is designed for relaxation. Featuring a smart TV and comfortable seating, it’s perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
Kitchen | The kitchen has everything you need to fix a great meal or to store. With all the essentials you need, including a stove, oven, fridge, and microwave, preparing meals is a breeze.
Bedrooms | We offer 2 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds (one with double bed and the other with two singles), ensuring a restful night's sleep. The sofabed in the living area provides additional sleeping space and can take up to two more guests (linens and towels provided accordingly).

Take a leisurely stroll along the promenade, breathe in the fresh sea air, and marvel at the crystal-clear waters. You'll also find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and bars along the promenade, where you can indulge in delicious local cuisine or enjoy a refreshing drink while taking in the scenic surroundings.
Qawra is also home to several sandy and rocky beaches, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or simply relaxing by the sea. The beaches offer facilities such as sun loungers and umbrellas, making it convenient for you to soak up the sun and enjoy the beachfront experience. Water sports enthusiasts will find plenty of opportunities to engage in activities such as snorkeling, diving, and jet skiing.
There are several options for getting around Qawra and the surrounding areas. Some options include:
Bus: Malta has an extensive public bus network, with many routes serving Qawra and the surrounding areas. Buses are a convenient and affordable way to get around the island.

1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
