I MAKE SURE TO CAREFULLY DISINFECT MY PROPERTY AFTER EACH GUEST AND ALL SAFETY MEASURES ARE BEING PUT IN PLACE , SO PLEASE REST ASSURED TO FEEL SAFE AND ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAY IN MY PROPERTY,

This apartment has just been redecorated to high standards, and offers a luxurious holiday accommodation. located in a very central area close to the beach, promenade and restaurants.
Served with lift, this apartment welcomes you to a modern living experience, having all the luxuries one requires. All the 3 bedrooms are king size beds and the main having an ensuite bathroom, Kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher microwave etc, There are 2 balconies , one overlooking the pool which also has a table and one can eat out in the balcony , and another balcony overlooking the street, Everything is walking distance and the bus stop is only across the road form the entrance . The electricity is on a meter and free credit is given to live comfortably as the apartment is fully air-conditioned, but if all the units are used you will put in €2 or €1 coins. I usually give free €10 credit each day but then if all the credit is used up you will have to put in €1 or €2 coins

This property is ideal because of its brand new furnishing for its cleanliness and space , it is situated in the heart of Bugibba , close to everything and only a few minutes walk to the beach and promenade , Shops, banks , restaurants are all round the corner , The bus stop is situated just outside the front door ,

What makes this property unique

This apartment shares a communal pool , it is a large pool and also has a baby pool , so it is ideal for families, The TV has settle so there are programs in every language , It all has Wifi internet connect, and many other comforts. I am sure you will love your stay at this property ,
I also have an agreement with a car rental company which is opposite the apartment and if you hire the car from him , he will prove you with a parking space , This is most comfortable as parking in Bugibba could be a problem , so i highly recommend.
