Welcome travellers, to our lovely, spacious 2BR fully equipped apartment just off the amazing Qawra's promenade.
The property features a large a living area with a sofa and Smart TV a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace, making it perfect for long and short term rentals a like.
Included also, are 2 private comfortable and airy bedrooms, giving you that extra homey feeling away from home.
Go out, within 5 minutes walking you reach all the coffee shops, restaurants and the famous CAFE DEL MAR
All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!
Parking is also included, making it perfect for both long and short term rentals.
Living Spaces| The living room provides a cozy spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the wonders of Malta. Sink into the sofas, enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV, or simply bask in the natural light filtering through the large windows.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal making it perfect for both and long term rentals.
Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, one of which with a double bed, one has an ensuite, and the other with 2 single beds.
Bathrooms| 2 Large bathrooms.
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.
Laundry Room| The apartment comes with a laundry room which includes a washing machine and dryer.
Front Balcony| From the front balcony, enjoy the fresh sea breeze and take in the neighborhood views. It's a charming spot to start your day with a cup of coffee or to simply unwind while watching the world go by.
Back Balcony| The back balcony is accessible from one of the bedrooms, creating a private retreat for guests. It's a peaceful space to relax and enjoy the outdoors without leaving the comfort of your apartment.
NOTE: Within walking distance all is available, groceries, restaurants, pubs etc also included (with request) is a parking spot in the garage !

Getting around San Pawl il-Baħar and the wider island of Malta from 158 Triq San Pawl is easy and convenient, thanks to the various transportation options available.
For those who prefer to walk, many local amenities are within a short walking distance, such as restaurants, cafes, shops, and supermarkets.
Buses are also a popular and affordable way to get around Malta. The closest bus stop to 158 Triq San Pawl is just a few minutes walk away, and from there, guests can easily connect to other parts of the island. There are also regular bus services to popular tourist destinations such as Valletta, Sliema, and Bugibba.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During the lovely summer season, although he do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
8. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
