Great communication from host, very quick to reply and sort out any problems. Property was super-close to the high street, train station and the restaurants on the riverside. We were able to access the property from the basement car park, despite parking in the NCP next door, so my elderly stepdad didn't have to use any stairs to access the property. Flat was spotless and comfy. Many thanks.

This is a very well furnished and maintained apartment and very convenient for seeing Lincoln: 5 minutes to main shopping area, 15 minutes up hill to Cathedral and castle. There are a number of good, cheap eateries 3 minutes away around Brayford Pool. Parking 5 minutes away at Brayford Wharf North (£12.50 for 24 hours, NPCC) or 7 minutes at Lucy Tower Street (£10 for 24 hours). Flat is easy to find if you remember it is in the block on corner of Wigford Way and Brayford Wharf East and the front door is up several concrete steps.

There’s something really peaceful about being so close to the water, especially with morning light reflecting off the surface. Whether it's a quiet coffee on the Brayford pool or an evening stroll along the riverside paths, this area has a special atmosphere that’s hard to find elsewhere in the city.
