The Two-Room Apartment is located within a well-maintained residence, with only 34 apartments and wonderful common areas, including a panoramic solarium terrace perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a sunset over the lake, and a condominium garden rich with ornamental plants.

Inside you will find a modern and welcoming environment. The living area is bright and functional, with a fully equipped kitchen complete with refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the tools to cook excellent Italian-style dishes. The living area is completed by a dining table and a comfortable double sofa bed – ideal for relaxing after a day spent exploring excursions and villages.

The apartment has a double bedroom and a complete bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and WC.

The real highlight? The private garden, a space all to yourself where you can have breakfast outdoors, read a book in the sun, play with children or toast with a good Italian wine while watching the sun set behind the mountains.

A few metres away begins the Viandante Path, a panoramic route perfect for walking lovers, photography and authentic nature.

The location is convenient and strategic: we are just a few minutes from the SS36 exit, the road that connects Milan to the Lake and Valtellina. From here you can easily visit the most beautiful villages, lake beaches, typical restaurants and all necessary services.

The centre of Dervio can also be reached on foot, and is equipped with supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a large free beach where you can relax or do water sports.
