Carbis Bay is also home to a glorious beach and lots of restaurants and pubs. With close proximity to the Lelant and St Ives there is no wonder Carbis Bay is a popular holiday destination in Cornwall.

With light pouring in from the conservatory this airy living room is the ideal haven to relax. Why not put your feet up on the comfortable velvet sofas and stick the TV on, with the added benefit of Sky TV, or perhaps take advantage of the natural sunlight and lose yourself in a good book! The kitchen is fully equipped to cater to your family's culinary needs, featuring an oven, microwave, electric hob, coffee machine, toaster and a convenient dishwasher. Additionally, you will find an abundance of crockery and utensils at your disposal. There is a dining table and chairs, which seats six, that overlooks the decking area. A separate utility room is located off the kitchen which features storage and a washing machine.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with plenty of storage including a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second bedroom has a double bed also with a built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The third bedroom has two single beds with hanging space and drawer space. Carvean has two bathrooms. The family bathroom has a bath with a detachable shower head, wash hand basin and WC. The second bathroom has a shower with a detachable shower head, a wash hand basin and WC.

The open-concept kitchen and dining space connects to a private, decked courtyard adorned with comfortable rattan furniture. This setting is ideal for savouring your meals outdoors or indulging in cocktails during the sunnier seasons.
