We had a very comfortable stay here while visiting in St Ives. Neil was very responsive and immediately solved the problem when we had an issue with the boiler. Would definitely stay here again!

Very good property with plenty of space; bright & airy & pretty much everything thought of.Easy walk into st ives & a good work-out walk after eating out coming back up the hill.Only negative was the double bed was very firm & quite uncomfortable.

Neil’s Haus ist wunderschön & praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist fußläufig 15 Minuten von Stand und Zentrum entfernt und liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe.Die Kommunikation erfolgte immer prompt und ausgesprochen freundlich. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Das Haus liegt ab vom Trubel und prima um ins Umland zu fahren. Der Weg ins Dorf und zurück hält fit und war für uns genau richtig. Toll ist der Garten. Selten in der Gegend. Das Haus ist vollständig ausgestattet und komfortabel. Super Blick zum Meer. Danke für den BBCiPlayer. Der Kontakt zu Neil ist prompt, freundlich und immer zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

One of the most fabulous accommodations we have ever stayed in. Great location, we didn’t mind the steep hill as it kept us fit on holiday. 0.5 miles to Fore Street in St Ives. Neil clearly takes great pride in providing a beautiful place to stay. The little extras like providing soap, washing up liquid and tea and coffee helped too. We loved it here and will be back. Our two teenage daughters (17/19) also loved it. Thank you!

We really had a wonderful stay at this fantastic property in St Ives. The home was spacious and had everything one would require to feel at home.The garden was excellent for the doggies, also.Communication from the host was exemplary ensuring our 3 week stay was stress free.Would highly recommend for anyone seeking for a spacious property, with parking, only a very short walk from the centre of St Ives

Excellent stay in St Ives

This was a wonderfully comfortable stay. So clean and light. The photos are true. We fit 4 adults well. Location to town and beaches is really good especially if you don’t mind hills (shuttle nearby too). Having car spots was a real bonus.

Perfect stay

All the previous 5 star reviews are correct, we had a great time and the house was fantastic. Spotless with all the facilities needed for a brilliant holiday. Could not fault it. Would 100% rebook.

April, Easter holiday stay

Such a comfortable house. Really spacious interior. We we very lucky having a week of sunshine so were out most days on the beach but if weather had been poor, we would have been happy to relax in the house as it was so nice.We stayed with our dog and 8 year old child/ The secure garden makes it ideal to do so.Quite an easy walk down into St Ives from the house. Bit of a hill to climb on the return but it kept us feeling fit!Would definitely recommend this place and would return.

Relaxing time

We really enjoyed our stay, had no problems with parking or pretty much anything. It was clean and very user friendly ie tv, coffee,tea,sugar even the shower was good. Even our dog loved the garden. Any grumble would be the hill climb may be tough for some and the nearby co op was expensive but overall we would love to stay again sometime in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Wunderschön

Das Haus von Neil ist sehr geschmackvoll, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Was man wissen sollte: Das Haus liegt in St. Ives oben auf dem Hügel. Wenn man in die Stadt will, muss man ca. 20 Minuten bergauf gehen. Für die Ausflüge ist ein PKW von Vorteil! Ansonsten ist Cornwall wunderschön. Wir waren im Oktober dort und hatten viel Glück mit dem Wetter, so dass wir viele Strandspaziergänge unternommen haben

Wonderful stay

Beautiful location, with all that we needed! We loved the views, the outdoor seating and the cottage had all that we needed. We will be back! Very much recommended, there is a hill you have to walk up, but very worthwhile!

Lovely well equipped holiday home

We very much enjoyed our stay in Neil’s house. There was everything you could ask for to make it a great home from home. Location was good although the hill is steep as other reviews suggest, it wasn’t a problem for us. There is a bus which runs nearby down into St Ives if you don’t fancy the walk. All in all a great week. Thanks Neil.

Absolutely amazing

We stayed here for two weeks, family of 4 with our pooch. We absolutely loved it. It was just what we wanted. Excellent facilities, brilliant location and fab communication from the owner. Looking forward to coming back again in the future.

Second time guests

After a pleasant stay in 2023 we decided to book the house again for 2024. We felt at home even when I got sick during our stay. The co-op right around the corner is very convenient. The terrace could have been cleaner but otherwise everything was great.

Tolles Ferienhaus im wunderschönen St. Ives

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist perfekt für eine Familie mit kleinem Hund, die Einrichtung modern, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Besonders gut hat uns der Blick aus dem Wohnraum über den Ort bis aufs Meer gefallen. Der ganze Ort lässt sich zu Fuß erschließen. Als wir Probleme mit der Elektrik hatten, wurden diese umgehend behoben. Toller Gastgeber!

Heel leuk verblijf, waar alles is voorzien. Goede kwaliteit van bedden, goed uitgeruste keuken. Mooie volledig omheinde tuin, met veel zonnige plaatsen. Altijd parkeer gelegenheid voor het verblijf.klein warenhuis vlakbij. 10 minuutjes wandelen naar het strand van St Ives.

Excellent Accommodation

Lovely, light, spacious and clean accommodation with a stunning view of the sea, modern tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings. The directions were spot on and great to have two parking spaces if needed. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great Stay

Great little house. Private parking was a bonus. Within walking distance to St Ives but can see where the hill may be a challenge for some. The host, Neil, was very quick to answer any questions we had. Only one suggestion, a hand rail near the tub would be helpful, the step into and out of the tub is a little tricky. We are from the states and our tubs are not quite so high. Overall experience was great and would stay again.

Comfortable and fun place in St Ives

The property had everything we needed and host was really responsive and helpful. Location was great with nice views and an easy walking distance to St Ives town and beaches. Parking also really easy and hassle-free. The property has enough space for a family of 4 plusbdog. We appreciated the drying rack for wet beach gear.
