About the host
Hosted by Fatima Kulmamirova
A little about me – I'm originally from Kazakhstan 🇰🇿 and now living in this beautiful city I’ve grown to love. I work a regular 9-to-5 job, but hosting this apartment is my side hustle and passion project. I genuinely enjoy helping travelers have a smooth, fun, and comfortable stay while exploring Prague’s magic.
I’m super easygoing, always happy to help, and believe in good vibes and mutual respect. Whether you’re here for sightseeing, pub-hopping, or just chilling on the balcony with a glass of wine – you’ll feel at home.
I’ll be available if you need tips, recommendations, or help during your stay, but I also totally respect your privacy. Just shoot me a message anytime.
Looking forward to hosting you and making your trip unforgettable 💫
Come enjoy Prague like a local — with a comfy base and a great balcony for those pre-night-out drinks 🍷
Cheers!

Fatima

Why they chose this property
The scene around Charles Square is my kind of vibe — a little wild, super convenient, full of life, and never boring. It’s not one of those ultra-polished, fancy places where you feel like you need to whisper or dress up just to grab coffee. Nope, this area is downtown with a heartbeat. You’ll see students rushing to class, someone walking their dog with a beer in hand (yes, that’s totally normal here), and trams constantly coming and going like veins of the city. I love that it’s a bit chaotic — in the best way possible.
There’s this energy that keeps the area alive 24/7 — whether it’s the hum of traffic, laughter from nearby pubs, or people catching trams after a night out. It’s got that “organized mess” feel that reminds me of home in Kazakhstan, but with a European twist. It's not trying too hard to be fancy, and that’s exactly why I like it.
You’ve got everything within a few steps — cheap eats, chill bars, bakeries that smell like childhood, and even hidden parks where you can escape for a breather. What I enjoy most? The balance. You can party, walk to all the big attractions, or just sit on the balcony watching the city move while sipping coffee or something stronger.
And though it’s central, the apartment itself faces the backyard, so it’s surprisingly peaceful when you need to recharge. Honestly, it feels like having the best of both worlds: the fun of downtown without the stress of being right on a noisy street.
To me, this part of Prague feels more like a real, lived-in neighborhood than a postcard. It's got stories, locals, expats, students, tourists — all blended into one buzzing atmosphere. That’s what I love most about it: it feels alive.
