Good value and location

We really enjoyed our stay at Ski Time Square. It was not crowded and our neighbors were respectable. It’s an easy, quick walk to the base of Steamboat and overall solid value.The Ski Time building/facilities were ok, so don’t expect a five star hotel. But overall I’d recommend.

Valentines at Steamboat

Great location, great price, great amenities, and best of all the Strawberry Hot Springs Shuttle picks you up at the front door to the condo unit. Our car sat the entire time. No need for a car with this location. Owner was very responsive and no issues encountered.

The kitchen sink kept backing up, broken cabinets, garbage disposal was broken. The bedding was terrible needs new linens and pillows. The door was difficult to open. None of the elevators worked and had not worked for some time. There were no instructions for how to turn off heating or how to use the TV. Communication was very poor, it was difficult to get in touch with owners.

Excellent Price & Location, Very Good Condo

Tough review for me. We had an amazing family trip. The location of the property and price of rental was 10 out 10. However, I feel it necessary to point out a few things that were just good.Cons..- Unit was clean and nice size. There were a few issues with lights out and broken kitchen cabinet door. - Overall building is a 6 out 10. 1 of 2 elevators was broken. Happen to be the elevator to our building. Elevator appeared to be out for a while. The builder felt like college apartment complex from 1985.- No amenities within the building. Jacuzzi and cramped with people. No pool. No game room or general lobby- Private driver and no car. No option to enter close to the building to drop off or pick up. We had to carry luggage a bit of a distance when entering and exiting the unit.- Have to enter and exit with key fob. Provided only 1 fob so we all had to return at same time or meet at door for access.Pros- Building is located within 100 yards of restaurants, bars, shops, resort center, and base lifts.- We didn't rent a car. Shuttle service pick up was very close. Shuttle will take you every.- Price was excellent.- Host was very communicative.I took a minute to properly review for the purpose of expectation. This is not a property that is full of amenities and in excellent condition. This is a property with excellent location, great price, and good size unit. Knowing the property, now, with the correct expectation, we would definitely stay there again.

The unit is ok but needs a lot of TLC. The unit itself has been well used. Needs sprucing up. The hot tubs and fitness area are very nice. It's a walk to slopes but do-able. Close to shops and concerts.
