Please note that the property is located on a plot shared with the owner (who lives on the upper floor), but both units have completely independent entrances, ensuring privacy. The owner or a trusted person will be available for any questions.

The apartment offers a bright living-dining room, a fully equipped American kitchen and a modern style with minimalist decoration that invites relaxation. Outside, you will enjoy a 200 m² terrace, garden with furniture, shaded area for outdoor dining and a private removable pool. It also has wifi, barbecue, washing machine, fans, mosquito nets, air conditioning in the living room and parking.
