Outside, enjoy a private pool, a spacious shaded porch with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing, having barbecues or sunbathing Additionally, it has an outdoor bathroom with a shower for greater comfort.



The interior is spacious and welcoming, with a bright living-dining room equipped with a fireplace and air conditioning, ideal for resting in any season. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, coffee maker, toaster and more, making it easy to prepare your favourite meals



The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with bunk beds, all with air conditioning to ensure perfect rest. It also has an interior bathroom with a shower.



Access to the accommodation is via a 500-metre unpaved road, compact and safe, maintaining the privacy and tranquillity of the surroundings.
