The space
This villa has 4 spacious bedrooms which are currently configured as three twin bedrooms and the master bedroom with a super king size bed, walk in wardrobe and en- suite bathroom. There is the option however to have the twin bedrooms made into a double should you wish. There are three bathrooms, one in the master bedroom and the other two servicing the rest of the property.

The open plan lounge area is bright and airy with floor to ceiling feature windows along the length of one wall which looks out onto the garden and pool area. The living area is a well equipped family room with sofas to seat 8, a 48" TV (with both English and Portuguese channels) and a blue-ray DVD player. This room leads to the outside decked patio with comfy outside sofas and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your self-catering needs. You can choose to dine at the 8 seater dining table indoors or you can enjoy your meal on the outdoor picnic table Al Fresco style. There is also an inbuilt BBQ for your enjoyment and the ultimate family summer dining experience.

The recreational room has a large TV, pool table, games console and mini fridge and seating. It is the only room on the upper level and is the ultimate man cave!

This villa is set in spacious grounds and surrounded by carefully thought out gardens, which include a decked dining area, a children's playground with slide and hoop, and a table tennis area. The swimming pool is gated for your peace of mind whilst your little ones are playing in the garden and can be heated for your stay in the cooler months, at a cost of 200 euros per week. Please confirm at the time of booking.

Guests can enjoy this villa all year around with the use of the heated pool, and furnace in the lounge area.
Other things to note
Take a 10 minute drive and plan a day out in the sunshine at the local beach, or take a stroll along the seafront on the purposefully built pedestrian promenade in Quarteira where you will come across a selection of cultured bars, restaurants, cafes and shops, allowing you to relax and enjoy the views of the beautiful Atlantic ocean. A further 5 minutes along and you will be at the lively Vilamoura Marina which has a wide choice of boutique shops, restaurants and a vibrant nightlife.
