Relax in this chic studio apartment less than 10 minutes from the beach. On the first floor of a modern residence, the apartment has spacious balconies, with a view of the shared pool and the sea beyond. It is ideal for a couple or a single traveler looking for a relaxing stay on the French Riviera.

The open-plan living space includes a comfortable sofa and a fully-equipped modern kitchen. This includes a cooker hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle and a washing machine.

Guests can enjoy outdoor meals on the private terrace off the living area. This is furnished with a table and chairs. Outside the sleeping area, there is a seating space with a corner sofa and armchairs.

The bedroom area is separated from the living space by a full curtain. There is a double bed and a wardrobe for storage.

Ideally located near Antibes (10 minutes) and only 10 minutes from the beach, the apartment is close to a wide range of attractions and activities.

Guests can easily visit Marineland, Antibes Land amusement park and the Aquasplash water park. All are less than 4 km away. The historic Fort Carré and the famous Picasso Museum (14 minutes) in the heart of Vieil Antibes are also just a short drive.

Antibes offers a wide range of shops. For self-catering, a trip to the Marché Provençal in Cours Masséna is a must. This covered market is open every day except Mondays. Here you will find the freshest local ingredients. The town also has a range of excellent restaurants and bars, ensuring a vibrant and fun stay on the Côte d’Azur. 

Nice Côte d’Azur airport is a 25-minute drive. Biot train station (7 minutes) allows easy access to the resorts along the coast.
