Amazing views and the air coming through the appartment was lovely. Very well equipped and Nigel did a great meet up with us. Very easy to go down to the beach any time and Antibes and Nice are just a bus or train away. Very very relaxing

Anniversary Trip

If you like the beach and nightlife, this location is for you. Beautiful view, lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Easy trip from the Nice airport. Apartment is well stocked for two people and the price was excellent.

Lovely place

We had a wonderful stay in this appartement, the host was very nice and the appartement was fully equipped. Bathtowels were even laid out for us. We enjoyed sitting in the evening watching the sun going down. So thank you for a lovely stay, we would love to come back next year.

Superb location in a great place.

We were greeted on arrival by Nigel who was most helpful the location was excellent and the apartment well equipped and comfortable apart from the sofa bed which wasn't great. The view from the balcony was exceptional and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Recommend without hesitation..

Wonderful apartment

We stayed second time in the apartment. It is definitely a home from home with a stunning view and very comfortable bed. Location is excellent direct oposite the beach. We would love to come back. Thanks Jocelyne and Nigel for your warm welcome.

Magnificient

We stayed at this apartament for 7 days. It is very well equipped, great kitchen with all appliances that you could need, bathroom with washing machine, comfortable beds, big balcony with sea view.You are located across the sand beach. Train and bus stations and markets are near by. You have everything you need for a great holiday.Thanks to the host who is very open to any questions.

Wonderful location , great apartment!

Outstanding balcony, with a view over the best part of the beach. Daily swims, good walking area and easy bus/train access made this a perfect location. Enjoyed the layout of the apartment, everything as in the photos plus added nice touches, good linens and well equipped. Karen was very helpful and the entire experience was very positive.

Juan Les Pins Appartment

Excellent stay, apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and more besides. Fantastic location. could not be any closer to a public beach and lots of good restaurants. Also a short walk to several supermarkets, boulengeries etc. Transport links to Cannes, Nice and Antebes easily accessed, quick and simple to use. Check in with Nigel was thorough and he gave us lots of very useful tips for restaurants and places to visit. would definately recommend this place.

WONDERFUL

We stayed 18 days in the apartment. Upon our arrival at Nice airport, Karen and Bill, were very welcoming and helpful. All questions were answered promptly. The apartment has a stunning view. The bed is very comfortable. Location is excellent. We would love to go back.

Wonderful stay in Antibes / Juan Les Pins!

This property has a great location, is well kept. There is daily cleaning downstairs keeping the building nice. We walked, ubered, and took the local train (two blocks away) everywhere. The apartment had great beach things we could utilize which made for an amazing stay. Really appreciated all the amenities. The beds were quite comfortable and our teenage daughters had a blast being so close to the beach. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We hope to be back again soon!

Great Break

A superbly located property, right by the beach with a short stroll to the town centre (passing plenty of bars and restaurants on the way). The apartment contained everything we needed for a relaxing break and Nigel was a superb host. His communication from booking to leaving was invaluable. We would come back later in the summer if the dates were available.

Didn't want to leave !

We attempted to stay here in April 2020 and also Sept 2020, but both times we were unable to stay because of Covid. We finally stayed in September 2023 and weren't disappointed ! It was lovely, the apartment has everything you need, it's clean comfortable and quiet. Great location too, I wish I woke up to that view every day ! Nigel and Jocelynne were nice people, very helpful !

Zauberhafte Wohnung mit Traumblick

In der sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung mit Blick auf die wunderschöne Bucht von Juan les pins war es ein sehr entspannter Urlaub, man muss es allerdings lebhaft mögen, der Strand ist voll im Juli, schön die Familien zu beobachten und einfach kurz abends aus der FeWo ins azurblaue, klare Meer zu springen ...großartig
