The check in process was confusing, but the location itself was great. The park, a large variety of shops and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. That said, the street we were on was nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the flat was very clean, except for the mold in the bathrooms. The kitchen is pretty sparsely populated with utensils, so you will need to plan on doing some lite shopping when you arrive.

The check in process was very confusing. No one was at the property when we arrived, but we did run into another arriving guest that let us in and helped us get on the WiFi so we could contact the host. The host responded quickly to my message and sent me a code for the room…but we still couldn’t figure out what room was ours. Housekeeping was on site and helped us find our room. If not for those two people we might still be standing in the pouring rain. The whole unit needs an update, but for a short stay at that price it was okay. We spent very little time in the unit. The unit is perfectly placed for visiting London. Easy access to the tube, groceries and restaurants.
