Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Terrace with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue. 4-acre lawned grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Sauna (private). Steam room (private). Indoor heated swimming pool (private, 8m x 4m, depth 0.9m x 1.5m, open 08:00 - 20:00). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced pond in the grounds.. Aptly named Pond View boasts a decked seating platform overlooking a serene pond, also with lawn garden to enjoy. Offering everything for a relaxing stay, perfect for couples, also welcoming families, boasting flexible sleeping accommodation with two sofa beds provided.

Nestled within 4 acres of extensive gardens, shared by owner and two further holiday letting property properties, and a wonderful indoor heated swimming pool, available all year round. The swimming pool is available for your exclusive use by pre booking 2-hourly private slots. Step inside and you are greeted by beautiful oak beams throughout, spacious reception rooms with two double sofa beds, a well-equipped kitchen/diner for dining at home.

Don’t worry, for guests wishing to dine out, the local surrounding area offers an array of pubs, and eateries to suit all tastes and budgets. Please note there is direct access to pond from lawn garden.

Tibenham is a peaceful rural hamlet located in South Norfolk, having plenty of local drinking and eating pubs nearby. It also has a Supercar circuit venue for track days, and Norfolk Glider Club airfield. Surrounded by miles of open countryside, and conveniently close to the popular towns of Diss, Attleborough and Wymondham for boutiques, eateries, and supermarkets. Zoo at Banham (6 miles). Thetford Forest Park, home to a network of walking trails and scenic sights, is within driving distance (25 miles), providing a haven for outdoor adventurers, while the famous Southwold with beach and pier is 29 miles. Pub 2.5 miles. Supermarkets 6.5 miles.
