The apartment has two double bedrooms furnished with taste and attention to comfort, as well as a double sofa bed in the living area, to accommodate up to six people.
The living area is a large open space , where living room and kitchen merge into a convivial and harmonious environment. The kitchen is fully equipped and characterized by warm and joyful colors , which create a welcoming and familiar atmosphere, ideal for cooking and sharing special moments.
The bathroom is modern and functional, equipped with a shower box . Free Wi-Fi and all the essential amenities to feel at home are also available to guests.
Parking is free and available along the road adjacent to the structure: these are public but free places, easily accessible.
The location is ideal for exploring Lake Garda and its surroundings: the center of Rivoltella with its restaurants, bars and the beach are just a few minutes away, as are Desenzano del Garda and Sirmione.

All buildings are cleaned and sanitized by certified, high-quality cleaning companies.
Italian Homing will provide a welcome kit for all properties and all the necessary information about the property.
Customer support will be available exclusively through instant messaging apps or e-mail at the times indicated: from 9:00 to 19:00 and until 22:00 on the day of check-in.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data, to sign the mandatory contract with the online structure and to perform facial recognition.
In the contract it will be explained that it is mandatory to deposit the required security by credit card as a guarantee, to guarantee any damage.
