A newly renovated pool (approx. 4.5 x 11 metres) with a beautiful view, in a very private setting at the end of a cul-de-sac. Absolute peace and quiet to relax, unwind, and enjoy the lovely climate. Seillans is ranked among the most beautiful villages in France (des plus beaux villages de France). The house is located 2 km from town—a scenic walk or a 5-minute drive away. The town boasts several fantastic restaurants in this idyllic Provençal village dating back to the 1100s.

The area has many beautiful hiking trails, as well as cycling and mountain biking routes. It’s a 35–40-minute drive to the Mediterranean Sea and the bustling activities of the Côte d’Azur. It’s a 20-minute drive from the large lake (Lac de Saint-Cassien), which features restaurants and rentals for pedal boats, paddleboards, and other activities.
A 50-minute drive from Nice Airport.

The space:
The house has 5 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and toilet, 2 guest bedrooms, and an extra-large guest bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and toilet, as well as a separate bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and toilet. A total of 4 bathrooms, as well as a separate toilet.

Meals can be enjoyed on the large terrace just outside the kitchen, in the kitchen, in the living room, or by the pool.

In addition to the dining area, the living room features a cosy seating area with 2 sofas, a TV, and a fireplace.

There is a basement with a washing machine and dryer. It is mostly used for storing pool furniture and pool toys, a high chair, a child safety gate, petanque, etc.
There is gym equipment available for use. (Dumbbells, a bench press bench with a bar and weights.) The pool area is a great spot for yoga and stretching.

The garden has many olive and fig trees (3,300 square metres). The property also includes an additional 5,000 square metres of woodland, which you’re welcome to explore.
