The home features a luxurious king-size bedroom, a twin bedroom, a cosy single room ideal for a child, a family shower room and open-plan living space with kitchen. Step outside to discover a garden with dining area and BBQ. This historic cottage, over 100 years old, was once home to the church beadle who tended the neighbouring grounds.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
We would appreciate if you kindly gather used towels in the bathroom and remove the garbage to the outdoor skips.
Kindly double check all the rooms are cleared from your personal belongings and clear all the rubbish away.
Please turn off all of the lights and close windows. When leaving the property please leave the keys in the lock box outside the front door.
