St Matthews Church is a grade II listed building oozing plenty of character and Watergate is a self-contained holiday apartment in the old mission hall, situated next to the church in the city of Perth. It comprises two bedrooms; a double with an en-suite and a twin room, together sleeping four people. Inside is also a family shower room, along with an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside is ample off-road parking and the River Tay resting beside the property. St Matthews Church is a wonderfully unique holiday let providing a comfortable stay in central Scotland.
