Spacious, welcoming and designed for effortless Caribbean living, the villa is an inviting retreat for time with family and friends. Unwind together in its generous living spaces, or find a quiet corner on one of the bedroom verandas or in a hammock, taking in the spectacular views.

Set in a secluded position above the lush rainforest hills surrounding Marigot Bay, the villa’s private pool is made for unhurried days. Take a refreshing dip, then relax on a poolside lounger and soak up the Caribbean sunshine in peaceful surroundings.

Enjoy St Lucian flavours your way. Prepare meals in the fully equipped, full-size kitchen, arrange a supermarket shopping service or private chef, or explore the range of local restaurants. When in season, you can also enjoy fruit picked fresh from the villa garden.

Each bedroom combines Caribbean charm with thoughtful comfort. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the rooms cool, while crisp cotton sheets and private en-suite shower rooms provide everything you need for a restful night and a refreshing start to the day.

A dedicated concierge service is included with your villa rental, helping you enjoy a seamless stay from arrival to departure. Your concierge will welcome you to the villa and can arrange transport, grocery shopping, restaurant reservations, private chef bookings and excursions. Working with the villa team, the concierge also co-ordinates regular villa and pool cleaning, leaving you free to relax and enjoy your time in St Lucia.

We return to the villa regularly because it is our own much-loved Caribbean retreat. We hope you will experience the same sense of comfort, tranquillity and escape in this little piece of paradise.

The property was exactly as advertised. The views were amazing. If you’re traveling with a large group this would be the ideal place for you. I truly enjoyed my stay. The concierge Will was very informative about the area from start which help with the local amenities. I’m likely to stay here again.

Phenomenal stay at the villa kai bois! Whenever I had an issue, the property manager was responsive, kind, and exhibited the utmost customer service! I appreciate the experience of staying in such a beautifully constructed hoke and I look forward to coming back. Amenities were also perfect including a perfectly designed kitchen with an open floor concept, fullt functioning AC units, lush forest and a relaxing ambience. So very zen and exactly what my friends and I needed. Thanks so much to the management team!!

Villa Kai Bois is a beautiful villa up in the hills with a wonderful view of Marigot Bay. It is modern with loads of amenities. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms modern, kitchen well stocked with all cooking necessities. Exceptional cleanliness Will was responsive to our questions. Agathe and Lucan were helpful during our stay. We were a family of 7 and loved being able to cook with each other and to enjoy our private pool and everyone had lots of space to hang out. We did have cars so we explored St Lucia by driving. We would highly recommend this villa. Loved it.

The villa is extremely spacious and was perfect for our family. All the facilities were excellent, from the downstairs rooms with easy access to the pool, the poolside kitchen and the lovely seated area around the pool, which we used constantly.The main lounge, dining area, and kitchen worked beautifully as open-plan living, with great flow and easy access out onto the surrounding balconies. The upstairs bedrooms were very spacious and had stunning views looking down through the trees towards Marigot Bay.The setting is truly special. We felt completely immersed in a secluded, peaceful rainforest environment, which made the stay feel idyllic and relaxing throughout.The team at Villa Kai Bois looked after us splendidly. A special thank you to Agatha, Lucan, and Will for their kindness, support, and attention during our stay.We would thoroughly recommend this villa to others and would very happily return. Tim Murphy

The villa was beautiful, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. It was secluded enough that we truly felt like we were in the rainforest, yet only 5 minutes away from amazing restaurants.The home was large, spacious, and beautifully designed, and the modern bathrooms were especially large. The home came with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It also had great views of Marigot Bay.All the bedrooms were comfortable, had amazing views, and were equipped with air conditioning. The pool was refreshing after spending the day at the beach or hiking the trails.The villa also has a concierge named Will, who answered all our questions and even arranged for a shopper to stock the kitchen and refrigerator before we arrived. It was so nice arriving to a fully stocked kitchen without having to go shopping for the things we needed.Whenever we messaged Louise with questions, she responded right away.Keep in mind, the road leading to the villa is a short unpaved drive. We had an SUV with good ground clearance, which made getting to the villa easy.Thank you so much — we will definitely come back!

St Lucia is a stunning country with a delightful mixture of beaches and the rain forest. Friendly locals, and many local delights to enjoy from seafood and tropical fruit to the locally made chocolate and rum!

The villa was built with sustainability and Caribbean authenticity in mind whilst enjoying amazing views and total privacy. Now modernised to enjoy the benefits of air conditioning in the bedrooms, it stills has the charm of the open plan living space and sea breeze.
