There is a large private pool (8x4m), private parking, and free superfast Wi-Fi. This smoke-free villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Linen and towels are provided. The pool area can be fenced off for the safety of your children. The Valencian-style house and garden are spacious and comfortable. The outdoor living area with a bar, darts, pétanque, swimming, cycling, and hiking ensures a wonderful holiday.

The price is all-inclusive, meaning there are no additional hidden costs such as energy, towels, linens, or cleaning. There is only a €500 deposit, which will be refunded after check-out if there are no attributable damages.
