Fantastic place to stay

We were a family of 14 from all age groups and this villa had everything you would need From the meet and greet from Christine it was a fantastic place spacious , clean very well equipped ,Christine and David was only a call away thank you so much for a great 2 weeks

The location was perfect, great pool and outdoor areas, well equipped with everything you might need Only one negative was lack of air conditioning in the lounge/kitchen area

It had everything, a real home from home. Great pool area, great living area and space for us not to be on top of each other Nothing at all. Although if I really had to nit pick, another couple of hair driers wouldnt go amiss , and larger bath towels x

We had a fabulous family holiday and the villa did not disappoint. It was excellent and served our needs superbly. It was a shirt 5-10 minute walk into the old town which was lovely. It was a slightly longer walk to the beach, 25 minutes, although the beach area was again lovely with lots to do and some great restaurants and activities. All in all a wonderful holiday and accommodation. Very much recommended.

Awesome villa!

Wonderful spacious house with lots of amenities. Clean and well-maintained. Very close to the beach. We highly recommand! It would be nice to have some beach accessories (e.g., a sun umbrella, beach blanket, etc.). We bought some and left them at the villa so that future guests can use them.

The villa was beautiful, spotless very comfortable and we had everything we needed!

We’ve just come back from an amazing week at Villa Roja. From booking to arrival and sadly leaving the team at Javier holidays were absolutely fantastic. Big thank you to Jean and Christine for allowing us to check in early as we were a party of eight adults and four children between five years and six months. The villa was beautiful, spotless very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The barbecue area was fantastic and we barbecued most nights. Balcony has an amazing view. As we had 2 one year-olds, we had to be on our toes in relation to steps up to and down from the balcony and the pool, but that’s to be expected. The location was also lovely and quiet and a 10 minute walk to Old Javier. Lovely restaurants and bars. We walked to the beach at Arenal which is a 40 to 45 minute walk. We didn’t hire a car but cabs are reasonably priced at €10 per trip where the beach on water is beautiful and the restaurants are plenty Thank you again 🥰
