All the properties we manage are intended to meet temporary non-touristic accommodation needs and comply with the requirements established by current regulations, including those set forth in Royal Decree 1312/2024.

To formalize any stay, it is mandatory to sign a rental agreement specifying the purpose of the trip. Refusal to sign this agreement may be considered sufficient grounds for cancelling the reservation.
