Points forts : Arrivée, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce.
The apartment has an excellent shared living space and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms; it's in a great location near Parnell, slightly off the typical Dublin tourist path, in a good way, but also close enough to the city centre, etc. The place has its own unique personality as well, different from a typical apartment- it's basement level, and creatively forged out of the space provided, with each space having its own quirks. I highly recommend this stay

Points forts : Propreté
Points faibles : Arrivée, communication
Poor communication even before arriving at the property was a sign of how this stay went. My contacts with the property management company went unanswered, and even VRBO staff couldn't get in touch with anyone at the management company. For a few days before we arrived, I thought maybe our entire 6000 investment had been stolen. I will never pay the full, up-front price, as was required upon booking this place, again. Finally, two days before our arrival, I heard from the management company. When we arrived, the apartment was freezing. There was a programmed thermostat unit with no directions on how to use it. We were told that we could have heat for "2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening." This, in some very cold weather, was ridiculous. The apartment couldn't get up to temperature in two hours. So we had to keep pushing the "boost" button for more heat. I understand the need to conserve heat, but this was dumb. The poor communication from "the host" was so disjointed and stilted that I thought (and asked) whether I was speaking to a bot. For some issues (heat wasn't the only problem), after contacting them thru VRBO, they asked me to text via WhatsApp, and THEN asked me to email. So they were asking me to provide information 3 different ways before giving me a proper reply. When I asked them to call me, I heard nothing. Not sure VRBO should be advertising this place, and definitely do not stay there in the winter.
