The beds were very comfortable and the home was very spacious! The owner was very communicative with us as well! The only downside is that the property is on a busy street and it is quite noisy as there is a bus stop right outside the front door. We could also hear partying well into the night. However, it gave our party of five plenty of room!
Great location, and lots of room for our family of 14 The only issue we had was hot water in the showers kept running out but David attended to it quickly
WOW what a spectacular property and the best location!! We couldn’t have picked a better one!! David is great! Communication was excellent! Highly recommend staying here! Great location to all things!
Wonderful location in central Dublin - looking out over the Liffey. Beds were comfortable, and lots of room to gather. Amenities are good, with plenty of towels. Would recommend cleaning the throw rugs, which have lots of obvious stains - unbecoming of such a great place to stay. Would recommend.

The location was great but the house was very filthy and I had no idea how many flights of stairs we would be walking up everyday. The movie room downstairs didn't look at all what was in the pictures. The pictures were very deceiving.
The townhouse is very conveniently located to many interesting landmarks and places to visit all within walking distance. Public transportation is also directly in front of the unit. The townhouse is comfortable and well equipped.
We were so happy with our choice to stay in one place with the whole gang for one night. The location was the best. Close to everything and walking distance to everything.
Our flight was changed to earlier arrival and David allowed us to leave our luggage while we visited the town. I highly recommend this stay to anyone that wants to have huge group together.
This is an ideal place for any large party, needing 5+ bedrooms and desiring a central location to Dublin. My adult children elected to skip Thanksgiving in the US and take a family week in the fantastic, historic city of Dublin. This location was within walking distance to almost everything we wanted to see. We appreciated the four bathrooms, the large dining space and a living room space where we could enjoy coffee in the morning or convene in between activities. It will remain a memory for a lifetime for all of us.
Starting with the positives…The property is well located as it is within walking distance to many sites and public transportation. Many bus stops are directly in front, which made it a bit noisy but tolerable. It was very clean and had a bit of charm. However, some challenges. When we arrived, the entire place smelled extremely musty. There were only two windows in the entire place that would open. The next day we discovered there was a flood in the basement behind a locked door. It had been there quite some time as serious mold had developed. When I contacted the owner alerting him to this emergency, he responded quickly. But the plumber and cleaning crew could only come the next day. That put the basement off limits which was unfortunate as it eliminated access to one of the bathrooms. We had planned to cook a meal in the kitchen. We did manage but had to be creative as available cooking tools were very meager.Perhaps most important to know is that the layout was not quite what we expected. Two bathrooms were within other bedrooms and not accessible from a hallway. This made it awkward for our particular family groupings and dynamics. But we made it work. I suppose I should have done some more research and asked questions before booking. Still, for large groups I would recommend this place as long as it fits your particular group.
