The apartment features two well-appointed bedrooms, including a luxurious kingsize bed and two individual beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for up to 4 guests. The accommodation boasts two bathrooms, both equipped with showers, providing ample convenience for all occupants.



The spacious living room features a dining table, a sofa set, a TV, and direct access to the terrace



A fully independent kitchen awaits, complete with modern appliances including a glass-ceramic hotplate, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and essential kitchenware. The space is further enhanced by practical amenities like a toaster, kettle, and washing machine, making meal preparation and daily tasks a breeze.



The property comes with air conditioning and a heat pump for year-round comfort, complemented by complimentary WiFi and a television in the living room and another one in the master bedroom. Two delightful terraces offer an ideal spot for enjoying morning coffee or evening relaxation, with garden furniture to enhance outdoor comfort.



Located just 250 metres from the popular Malagueta Beach and in the centre of Málaga, this apartment provides excellent accessibility. Excellent location , all the main attractions a short walk .Lovely apartment . Even although it was Autumn we still got sun on the second terrace . Very quiet despite lots of restaurants nearby . Everything you need in the apartment

Perfect

Everything about this apartment was perfect. The location in the historic district was very convenient. There were two outside areas (a large terrace and an internal courtyard), living area, bedrooms, bathrooms were very spacious and decorated to a high standard. The kitchen had all appliances you could need and was very well provided with cooking items, crockery and cutlery. One of the best we have stayed in. 3 small glitches which could be rectified easily - one key stuck in apartment door and was difficult to remove, extraction hood over hob did not work, and one door did not close fully.

Excellent location

The location was excellent- in the old quarter, right in the heart of the bars, restaurants, sights and shops. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The beds were great too. We didn't get to use the terraces because of the time of year, but brilliant to have such outside space available. A blind or frosted glass would be good in the one bathroom - for the door that opens onto the terrace.
