House with private garden and pool in Borgo Gasparina, near Gardaland

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet tourist complex with a large garden and two swimming pools, one of which is only 90 cm deep, perfect for small children.

The swimming pools offer direct access to the lake shore, where you will find beaches, bars and restaurants. In the evening, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets!

Gardaland is a 15-minute walk away.
The centre of Peschiera del Garda is only a 5-minute drive or a 45-minute walk along the lake.

The highlight of the house is the private garden where you can eat outdoors or sunbathe.

If you prefer shade, no problem: one side of the garden is always shaded from mid-morning onwards, ensuring cool temperatures even during the hottest hours of the day.

Its location at the rear of the complex makes it extremely quiet and offers you the privacy that other apartments overlooking the pool do not have.

Borgo Gasparina is the perfect place for your holidays. You can use the large lawn to relax and sunbathe and the two swimming pools, which are open all year round but heated from May to the end of September.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal (and that of your four-legged friends!), as is the private garden, but it is our holiday home, so you may find some of our personal belongings there, but we will make sure you always have space for your things, both in the bedroom and in the kitchen.

The tourist tax is not included in the price and amounts to € 2 per day for guests over 12 years of age.
