In the relaxed seaside suburb of Cape Town, you will find this modernly
decorated apartment in Bloubergstrand, just a short drive from the
beachfront. Upon entering, you’ll be welcomed by the spacious open-plan
design of the space.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for a
comfortable self-catering stay, including a front-loading washing
machine for added convenience. The living space is thoughtfully
furnished with a comfortable sofa with accent pillows, featuring a
television cabinet and a mounted flat-screen TV with Netflix. Guests
will enjoy access to the internet throughout the property.
The dining space is fitted with a round dining table and chairs for
two, creating an intimate sitting area with sliding doors opening to
the balcony, providing excellent views of your surroundings and lush
greenery.
The property features one bedroom fitted with a comfy queen-size bed as
well as one bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, washbasin with
vanity, and a toilet. Linen and towels are included with your stay.
Staying in Blouberg guarantees a fun-filled experience, as this

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 219 Blaauberg Rd, Table View, Cape Town, 7439.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
