It it difficult to find anything negative to say about our stay at this wonderful hotel. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay an absolute pleasure. I cannot recommend it enough. Thank you to the amazingly helpful, cheerful and professional staff. They were absolutely brilliant
Located both a 15-20 minute walk from Cape Town's waterfront shopping (2 minute uber) and Long Street, and a 40ish minute scenic drive to wine country, I couldn't have asked for a better location!
Facilities were clean and well-maintained; bar/restaurant located on premises had great cocktails and half off deals every day for a quick snack/buzz before you go out to the REALLY fine dining on the V&A Waterfront.
24/7 security and a completely safe facility was great, although the area is so nice and well-policed (by private security, as much of CPD is) that I don't even think it's needed; I saw absolutely nothing shady going on, and the streets and shopping around the place are full of foot traffic.
AC worked great, shower had pretty good pressure, housekeeping cleaned well every day.
The front desk staff were absolutely great, and were super helpful with any request I had, and even went out of their way to find me a tourist map when my cell phone screen broke and I didn't have access to google maps anymore! I'll definitely be stopping by to visit them even if I stay elsewhere on my next trip to Cape Town :)
I definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting Cape Town; they far exceeded expectations, especially for the very reasonable price!
