This unique three-bedroom apartment has been renovated on the bottom floor of a house (also our Airbnb), which allows users with mobility concerns to enjoy easy access throughout the space. It’s located in the quiet neighborhood of Prados del Norte and it’s conveniently provided with its own independent entrance through a sliding garage door or an alternative entrance with a stepping threshold. The strategic location makes it a great choice as it is near the the well-known Chipichape Mall.
The space
The apartment entry door is equipped with an intelligent lock for easy check-in with access code sent to you prior to arrival. Once you enter the space, you will be pleasantly surprised by the Caribbean-inspired decoration with turquoise blue and yellow décor, wonderful wood accents, golden light fixtures and pendants and a refreshing and sparkling terrazzo floor. The living room is fully furnished with an extensive sofa and a flat screen for proper home leisure, followed by an elegant dining table for 6 people and an open kitchen with all modern appliances included: refrigerator, conventional oven, coffee maker, blender, microwave, gas stove and stainless-steel sinks with hot water along with an integrated filtered water on the side as well as a soap dispenser. You will find all kitchen utensils, silverware and dishware in the cabinets overhead or under the custom-made granite countertop, which you will enjoy while cooking or entertaining your guests in the separate counter area with stools.
Following the corridor, away from the street, you will find the privacy of the luxurious main bedroom with two king-size beds, a full flat screen and plenty of closet space. What will make this bedroom more enjoyable is the adjacent jacuzzi/shower with hot water for 6 people, next to a complimentary toilet, vanity mirror with sink, as well as a washer and drier for your convenience. This private space is fully decorated as a spa or relaxation area ready to be enjoyed by those who want to spend a romantic evening or those who want to spend a joyful time with friends and family.
Next to the main bedroom, you will find 2 additional bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and plenty of closet space. They share an elegantly decorated full bathroom with hot water shower, storage cabinets, vanity mirror, sink and toilet. All 3 bedrooms in the apartment are equipped with independent air conditioning units, memory-form and feather-filled pillows and corresponding nightstands with USB and power supply. Keeping up with the latest home leisure requests, we offer Smart TVs that can be connected to Netflix, Disney Plus, etc with your own account. The house is also equipped with an Alexa and a complimentary smart phone, which you can use as needed or as a pocket wi-fi when walking around the city. Lastly, there’s one parking spot available for this apartment for those who would like to bring their private or rental car.

REGISTRATION:
Colombian law requires that all guests staying at our facilities must present their identification. To complete registration, a link will be sent once your reservation is confirmed. All guests must use this link to register, upload a photo of their identification, and sign a contract. All of this can be done from the comfort of their cell phones. This registration must be completed prior to arrival to allow access to the property.
