Summary:

Exclusive Penthouse apartment, have the entire 8th floor just to yourself!



This magnificent apartment is located on the 8th floor of a serviced residence building with 24/7 support, cleaning on demand and a concierge.



Next to a metro station and ideally located for quick access to both the NATO and EU Headquarters.



Baby cot (Travel pack n' play) is available on demand (10 Euros)



The Space:

The apartment is made up of a bright living room with large windows and doors leading out to a large balcony. The living room is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV with Netflix, a large open plan dining area and a kitchen.



The kitchen has a stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, cutlery and flatware for 4 guests.



The bathroom has a sink and shower and the toilet has its own room.

Both bedrooms have a double bed.

- Luggage room available free of charge (for early arrival or late departure)

At Nested, your comfort is our priority. In apartments equipped with a sofa bed, we're happy to prepare it with fresh linens and everything you need, just let us know in advance!

To ensure a smooth check-in experience, please request the sofa bed setup before your arrival date.

If the request is made after check-in, a 75€ service fee will apply to cover preparation and logistics.



Towels:

● Fresh towels are provided upon arrival.

● Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee.



For stays longer than 7 days:

The first additional towel request is free of charge.

The second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee.



Cleaning Request:

● For stays of 28 days or more, we offer a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay.

● For stays of less than 28 days, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.



Cleaning & Maintenance Team Working Hours:

● Cleaning & Maintenance Team Availability: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET.

● Emergency Maintenance: Extended until 10:00 PM CET, subject to analysis.

● Guest support is available from 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM CET

The building is located on the edge of EU district which houses all the EU institutions, EU country offices and EU agencies. The building is also a short distance from the NATO headquarters. Other landmarks nearby:

✔ Rue Franklin and Rue Archimede, where there are restaurants, bars, and traditional restaurants;

✔ 20 minutes from Place Schuman, where the main buildings of the European Commission and the European Council are located;

✔ 20 minutes from Square Ambiorix, an elegant and very popular area for joggers during their lunch break or in the evening, and Square Marie-Louise, with its beautiful pond;

✔ 5 minutes from the entrance to the Cinquantenaire Park, one of the city’s most beautiful green areas

Here’s what you need to know:

● Pets Accepted: Small dogs under 13 kg only. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats or other pets.

● Approval Process: Let us know your dog’s breed, size, and any relevant details for pre-approval.

● Security Deposit: A refundable deposit is required to cover any potential damages or extra cleaning.

● Guest Responsibility: We kindly ask that your dog is well-behaved, house-trained, and does not disturb the neighbors.

● Guest support is available from 9 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week. Additional cleaning on demand is also available at a surcharge.

● We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am). After this period, a late check-out fee will be applied. Additionally, any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges.

● The apartment is intended exclusively for accommodation purposes.
