The Space:
Morning light filters through crittall windows as you sip coffee beside the canal, watching the calm water reflect the city skyline. Evenings invite you to unwind on the terrace, a soft hum from Manchester’s streets drifting across the water. Inside, every space feels open and composed, balancing comfort and a connection to the neighborhood outside.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms span the upper floors, each designed for rest and simplicity. Two rooms feature king-size beds and one holds a double, all with blackout curtains, full-length mirrors, and ample wardrobe storage. On the top floor, the master bedroom includes a desk that doubles as a dedicated workspace.
Kitchen & dining
The open-plan kitchen brings everything together for shared meals or slow mornings. You’ll find a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and Nespresso machine. The six-seater dining table is perfect for gathering, while the kitchen island with two stools invites casual conversation or a quick breakfast.
Living spaces
The living area offers a large corner sofa and a smart TV with sound system, Netflix, and Amazon Prime access. Warm tones and natural light make this an easy space to settle into after exploring nearby Castlefield or Spinningfields. Portable fans and heating ensure comfort through the seasons.
Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms and a downstairs toilet provide convenience across all floors. One ensuite includes a shower over a bath, the other a walk-in shower. Soft towels and complimentary essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided for your stay.
Outdoor living
Private outdoor spaces connect the home to its setting. The ground-floor terrace faces the canal, ideal for moments or evening drinks. Upper levels offer a balcony and additional terrace with outdoor furniture, extending the home’s calm, open character.
Essentials & safety
The home includes Wi-Fi, heating, a dedicated workspace, washer, and iron, along with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Self check-in with a smart lock adds convenience and privacy.
Parking & access
A free, secure, gated parking space sits beneath the property, with access from both the car park and front door.
Neighborhood
Set on the Salford edge of Manchester City Centre, the townhouse sits within a canal-side development surrounded by open green spaces and waterfront paths. Independent bars, restaurants, and cafés are a short stroll away, while Spinningfields and Salford Central Station are within easy reach. The area blends city energy with a relaxed, village-like feel that connects you naturally to Manchester’s rhythm.

Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £50.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Unfortunately, this home is not pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend with you, then please check out our other homes. We have a large number of other homes that welcome your furry friends.
Within the property, the floors can only be accessed by stairs. There is no lift to the upper floors of the property. Please keep this in mind if you have any additional accessibility needs.
