This charming two-story maisonette features 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 terraces with breathtaking sea views. Just a 15-minute drive from Tossa de Mar, it offers private parking for one car, easy outdoor parking for more cars.
Located in an exclusive community with a private beach, guests also enjoy access to tennis, football, and basketball courts. The home is fully equipped, each of the rooms and the main area have AC.One of the bedroom boast private terrace, perfect for enjoying the stunning vistas.
Belongs to Urbanització Cala Salions, a quiet private neighborhood of around 600 families that counts with a small cala (beach) as shown in one of the pictures. Can be accessed through 300 stairs from the house, a 5-10 minute walk, or 2 minute drive. Near the beach there are free sports facilities for beach volleyball, basketball, football, tennis. In summer high season, the neighborhood counts with a fairly good beachfront restaurant, a small supermarket, and a chicken rotisserie. But Tossa de Mar is the place to go for shopping or restaurant, just a 15 minute curvy but safe drive. The house has an private parking right under, around 50 stairs steps from the house.
