Apartment of 90m2 apartment located in the center of the beautiful town of Sant Feliu de Guíxols 1km from the beach, 8km from Platja d'Aro and 33km from Girona Airport. It is on the third floor with a lift and views of the quiet street from the terrace. It has four spacious bedrooms, three with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. There is a complete bathroom with a shower and a toilet, fully equipped kitchen, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, air conditioning, winter heating, flat screen TV, 100/100 Mb symmetrical fiber optic wifi, free parking spot and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. Pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation. Groups under 25 years are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

"Host" relisted from another site

We stayed in the house during a walking tour on the Cami de Ronda. The house was a little worn and lacked basics for the kitchen. The real issue we had was that the house alarm repeatedly went off. Each time we opened the front door it would trigger a loud alarm and a call from the alarm company. When trying to contact the host, I realized the host was actually just re-listing this house from another site and it took most of the day to find the actual host and get a resolution to the alarm.

El apartamento está fenomenal, es nuevo, espacioso, limpio y muy agradable! Todo ha funcionado muy bien y hemos podido descansar cada uno en una habitación, que se agradece muchísimo. Tiene un baño completo y otro con WC y lavabo, así que nadie tenía que esperar. La cocina es espaciosa, el salón grande con un buen sofá y hemos aprovechado los balcones para sentarnos un rato al sol. Encantados de haber estado allí toda la semana de trabajo. Si podemos, repetiremos seguro!!

L'appartement est très propre, spacieux et bien situé en effet, à 4 minutes du centre de Saint Féliu. La plage n'est qu'à 6 ou 7 minutes de l'appartement. Nous avons été très bien accueillie et je remercie Monica à cette occasion. Par rapport à l'annonce, l'appartement ne dispose qu'une d'une seule salle de bain et de 2 toilettes (dont l'un est dans la salle de douche). Pour notre part (famille avec enfants), l'appart donne sur une rue assez passante et il y a pas mal de bruit généré par les voitures (lorsque les fenêtres sont ouvertes) ce qui ne devrait pas être gênant pour un groupe d'amis de passage sur ce lieu. Point noir par contre, si vous venez en voiture, il faut effectivement se garer au parking gratuit situé à 6 minutes de marche et espérer trouver une place, ça n'a pas été facile nous concernant ;-) Après, l'appartement est tellement bien situé qu'on peut tout faire à pied !
