Condo Navima is a luxurious unit of 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condominium located about 2.5 miles north of downtown, within the prestigious Palmas Reales building. Situated on the sixth floor, this unit offers stunning island views and direct access to some of the most brilliant turquoise waters you’ll ever experience.

One of the most spacious 2-bedroom condos on the island in an amazing location! Step inside and be captivated by breathtaking views of the island jungle and sky from the living room, dining area, and kitchen. For early risers, this is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the colorful sunrise over the lush Mayan jungle.

• Guest Access & Activities

The condo is located on the 6th floor, easily accessible via two elevators. From here, you can enjoy unique island views and a part of the ocean coast.

Guests have easy access to the ocean via a ladder. With a snorkeling gear you can easly explore the vibrant marine life just steps from the condo. Adventurous guests can swim south along the shoreline, assisted by a gentle current, until reaching the public dock. From there, it’s a short and safe walk back to Palmas Reales via the new seaside pedestrian path, which stretches all the way to downtown.

• Ground Floor & Living Area

The ground floor offers a spacious living area with stunning views, comfortably accommodating 6 guests. The living space features a TV with full entertainment options and a Bluetooth soundbar.
There is also a convenient half bath and laundry area on the living area.

High-speed internet (250 Mbps) allows you to stream your favorite services on the smart TV or your personal devices. For young people who like to travel with their video games, they can easily connect them to the TV and enjoy a game night.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, including a refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, and other appliances for your convenience. Enjoy meals in the dining area or step out onto the private balconies to relax and take in the surroundings. Purified water is provided throughout the condo.

• Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is a serene retreat, featuring a plush king-size bed with extra pillows and a cozy blanket. Relax on the reading sofa or enjoy your favorite shows on the TV. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy a refreshing drink while taking in the views. Bath towels are provided for your convenience.

• Secondary Bedroom

The secondary bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed with extra pillows and a cozy blanket for a restful night’s sleep. It includes a spacious closet and a private balcony to enjoy the fresh air. Bath towels are provided for your convenience.

• Bathrooms

The bathrooms are fully stocked for your comfort, including face and hand towels, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Each bathroom has a bath mat, toilet paper, and a steady supply of hot water for a relaxing experience. Each room has its own private bathroom.

Check-In & Entry

Guests enter through the condominium lobby and take the elevator to the 6th floor. Once there, a security code is used to access the apartment. A member of our team will be present upon your arrival to facilitate check-in and assist with any questions you may have.
Other things to note
Housekeeping & Additional Services
We offer housekeeping services upon guest request. For longer stays, a cleaning service is available for 500 MXN per visit to help maintain the space and ensure your stay remains spotless.

Safety & Access
For your safety, access to the pool and ocean is regulated with designated hours, but it is available throughout the day for your enjoyment.
