Este hermoso condominio frente al mar de tres dormitorios / dos baños está al lado del Parque Marino Chankanaab y tiene el mejor esnórquel en la costa de la isla, así como una playa de arena. Disfrute de increíbles puestas de sol y vea los cruceros navegar en el azul cristalino del Caribe desde sus dos terrazas privadas. Este es un condominio en el segundo piso en un complejo de 13 unidades (muy privado sin rascacielos) con una vista completa del océano. ¡Sube a la palapa de la azotea para disfrutar de una vista aún más espectacular!

Brindaremos asistencia para organizar actividades para su estadía, incluyendo pesca en alta mar, snorkel y viajes de buceo. ¡Hay un muelle para recoger el bote justo al lado en Tortugas Beach Club! También podemos organizar la entrega de comestibles o un cocinero privado por un costo adicional.

El condominio está equipado con todo lo que necesitará, incluyendo toallas de playa, equipo de snorkel, barbacoa, dos hamacas, dos bicicletas, cocina completa con lavavajillas y una sala de lavandería.

Puede mantenerse en contacto fácilmente con familiares y amigos: hay banda ancha inalámbrica GRATUITA y llamadas de larga distancia GRATUITAS a EE. UU. Y Canadá. Hay TV / DVD y NETFLIX en cada habitación.

Estamos ubicados a poca distancia del Parque Marino Chankanaab, el Club de Playa Tortugas al lado y el Club de Playa Uvas con excursiones en kayak con fondo de cristal.

Nuestro administrador de la propiedad de habla inglesa ofrecerá asesoramiento y descuentos en diversas actividades, como buceo, snorkel y viajes de pesca.

El lado sur de la isla está muy cerca de los arrecifes de coral, clubes de playa populares, Punta Sur y mucho más. Ubicado justo al sur de la ciudad, estás a solo cinco minutos en coche de las tiendas, restaurantes y actividades del centro.

EXCELLENT rental!! It was equipped with everything we needed. Very clean. We loved sitting on the balcony over looking the pool with direct ocean view. The host was very accommodating and communicated all the details we needed in a very timely manner. We will most definitely return to this vacation rental again. Super nice! We had a great time!

Description is accurate, although the photos don’t do it justice. Very well stocked (from the kitchen to the towels to the beach/snorkel supplies). Easy parking. Highly recommend taking advantage of the masseuse (Mimi) and the chef (Antonio) that come to the condo—both very affordable, professional, and excellent at their craft!

Great secluded location

Took my family on a snorkeling vacation and the condo was great to accommodate all of us and they had plenty of gear for us during the stay. Diana helped us solve a question very promptly and was awesome in maintaining very good communications both before and during our stay. Well appointed place and liked the ability to snorkel within 100 yards of the back door

11 stars – Perfect Stay at Paradise Condos!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Paradise Condos in Cozumel! The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. With three separate bedrooms, it was perfect for our family to spread out and enjoy some space while still being together. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the helpful information book provided was a fantastic touch—it made exploring the island so much easier. One of the highlights was the rooftop patio—watching the sunset from up there was absolutely breathtaking. We truly felt at home from the moment we arrived and will definitely be coming back to Paradise Condos again. Highly recommend!

Amazing place

We had an amazing stay. We have been to this condo complex before but a different condo. It was super clean and we had everything we needed. They provided fruit, coffee and a few beers for the guys. It is so cute with all the bright colors and a spectacular view of the ocean. Diana was amazing. She did some grocery shopping, booked us taxis, answered all texts so quickly. She is such a sweet person. We will be back

AMAZING

Definitely want to stay again!! The snorkeling right off the beach was our favorite. Gorgeous spot with comfortable beds, cute rooms, amazing balcony and access to the roof and we had the beach and pool pretty much to ourselves (in April). Our trip was a girls trip and we wanted a relaxing place to just “be,” and that’s what we got! We didn’t do any excursions or go into town, but we didn’t need to with the wonderful restaurants right next door and small shops, although if you wanted to it’s not that far away via taxi. Such an organized, helpful couple/group to rent from with all the information ready before you go, including maps and ideas. It was hard to leave, but we plan to be back! Thank you!!

Dive trip with kids

Gorgeous location, beautiful sunsets, great snorkeling. Just a great time. Away from middle of downtown and cruise ship crowds, but only 5 minute ride away.

Family vacation

Nice place that was as advertised. Great views from deck, and rooftop palapa. Good snorkeling right from condo beach. Saw angels, puffer, parrot fish and many others. Would stay again.

Great Snorkeling

Unit was clean and spacious and communication excellent before and during our stay. Parking on site was easy. We enjoyed the convenience of snorkeling right off the beach at the complex. Had a great experience at the Chankanaab National Park which is just a few minutes away.The manager, Diana, was very responsive and helpful. Large jugs of purified water were provided and replaced as needed. We recommend this prooerty.

Great spot with lots of room for family

We had a wonderful stay. The 3 bedroom space was perfect for us with our 2 college aged kids. Easy access to the beach, everything you need in the condo. Easy drive to downtown but just far enough to avoid cruise ship crowds.

An Ideal Condo

Our group of four goes to Cozumel every year, and this was our favorite lodging we've ever had. The condo was quiet, clean, has comfortable beds, the kitchen was very well-outfitted and all the appliances, plumbing, etc worked well. Our on-site manager/contact was exceptionally kind, responsive, and helpful. The location was perhaps the best feature of all, we felt more relaxed by having no reason to pass through downtown, until it was time to return to the airport. We go to Coz to snorkel, and Paradise Condos are very close to our favorite two spots, Money Bar and Sky Reef. Thank you James, Kellery, and Diana!

Perfect Place

Can’t say enough good things about this place. We loved the location, the condo was clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was there. They had towels, cleaning supplies, a very well stocked kitchen, everything you could possibly need for playing in the water, and an excellent property manager in the area who was very responsive to our questions. The ONLY complaint was the beds were a bit hard for our liking, but we were so exhausted each day that it didn’t matter. Would definitely rent again.

Several divers, some non-divers. We all had a blast! Definitely recommend renting a car for this location. Nearby restaurants close early after cruisers leave for the day.

Perfect for all of us!

This was a vacation we will all remember as one of the best! For four adults and 2 kids this condo had everything we needed and all the space to enjoy ourselves for six days. So much beach gear, coolers, chairs, snorkel equipment, and more. Quiet, lovely grounds which are nicely landscaped and well maintained, clean, freshly painted buildings. Safe convenient parking for our rental car. Restaurants with snorkeling on both sides. Plenty of small restaurants and other fun spots close by. We all enjoyed a whole day lazing around the pool and swimming right from our own little beach. Diana was always available to communicate. She facilitated a very easy stay for us.We were sad to leave and would love to plan another stay here.

Lovely get away

This is a beautiful condo in a great location, stocked with everything you could need for an awesome get away. There is great snorkeling out front to the left of Las Tortuga's toward Chaankanab. We did a week of diving with Challenge Divers who I highly recommend. Eric and his son were helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about the reef. It was a great stay, we will be back

LOVED this condo!!

We absolutely loved Jim and Kellery’s condo!! Beautiful decor, spacious and super clean! Plenty of bottled water and yummy fruit. Super quiet area but close to everything. Great pool and incredible views from the HUGE deck. The furniture is beautiful. Great WiFi (love expat channels!!) They provided an incredible info book (in advance!) with recommendations, maps and info about Cozumel and the condo. We will definitely stay here when we go back to Cozumel!! ❤️

Slice of Heaven

I will not stay anywhere else when I come to Cozumel now. This condo has absolutely everything we need, is super clean and you can’t beat the location. The owners are incredibly responsive and answer questions quickly and have help available immediately when needed. We cannot say enough good things about how much we love it here!
