Superbe appartement à Cozumel

Appartement spacieux, très propre, 2 chambres avec salle de bains et wc et un 3ème wc. Très bien équipé, beaucoup d'espace. Belle et grande piscine commune avec peu de monde. Emplacement près du port des ferry. Voiture nécessaire pour visiter l'île. Je recommande à 100%

Super property

Super communication with Manager Vanda. Well maintained. Nice touches with welcome drinks and snacks. No issues with cruise ships being obstructive views as had been mentioned. Good shower water pressure. Would definitely stay here again

Amazing Condo!

The whole time we were at Cozumel it rained so it put a damper on our vacation but the condo really saved a lot of it. The pool is big and amazing! I have little kids and the pool's height was perfect! To explain it is divided to 3 sections, short around knee height, second is more deeper around chest height and the last you have to watch out because the incline to the deep is extreme. I loved the pool and the hot tub when it got a little cold. The place was so clean and spacious, since it rained a lot we were at the condo majority of the time and the kids loved it and the balcony! I really recommend this condo and the property manager was very nice and attentive. Our flight was delayed because of the weather and she was nice enough to give us extra time at the condo. Honestly I would not stay anywhere else but here when we return! Oh for those wondering, this condo has a full loaded kitchen for those who cook along with snorkeling equipment and also if you like to play tennis!

Very nice condo in Palmar

This is a very nice well equipped condo in Palmar. Complex is very clean and well kept. The pool in beautiful. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The bottled water is supplied. Washer and dryer are full size and work great. View is of the cruise ship area and you have a first hand view of their arrivals and departures. The property manager, Vanda, is outstanding. She is very responsive and handles any issues quickly. She is also just a really nice person. She got the propane tank for the grill refilled for us. The grill needs some replacement parts which have been ordered. Just normal wear from the salt air. We were able to use it though. We really liked this condo and all the staff at Palmar are very friendly. We do plan to rent it again on our next trip.

Excellent

This condo is fab. Has everything you could need. Property manager is excellent and provides everything you need. So clean, close to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. Pool area is very nice. Gate people are friendly too. We rented a car and have no regrets as driving around is easy and allows you to visit the whole island. Plenty of parking.we watched hummingbirds from the balcony one night. Balcony is very big with a table to eat at and a nice seating area. Grill too. The only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of is you do have a cruise ship blocking half the view of the ocean a lot of the time. But I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this.

Fantastic

The condo is in a perfect location and has all the amenities one would need. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Short car or taxi ride to some of the best beach clubs in the area. Very clean and Vanda was an excellent host and communication was excellent.

As advertised and would stay again

Property was very nice, nice pool. The condominium itself is well taken care of and has a very nice style as shown in photos. Location is very good too. Would definitely recommend it and will stay here again. Rent a car, it’s worth it to get around the island.

Amazing place!

This place is really, really nice. Compared to our place in other areas in Mexico, this was certainly the best. Super clean, comfortable, convenient, and has tons of amenities. Basketball court, tennis court, hot tub, pool, exercise room and more. Free parking for the Jeep we rented as well. We are glad to have gotten the car. Even though you don’t need it, it made getting around and exploring way better. There is restaurants and stores walking distance though if you opt to not getting a vehicle. Vanda and the staff were also great! Very responsive and gave some nice tips about the area. We had absolutely 0 problems and will love to stay here again next year. Book it and you will see for yourself why it has a 5 ⭐️ rating.

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful and clean property in the perfect location—close enough to town but nice and quiet. We had everything we needed and more. The westerly views were spectacular and the pool and hot tub relaxing after a day at the beach. The staff on sight were so kind.

Fantastic condo

Beautiful condo with a massive patio for viewing the cruise ships that change daily. About a 30 minute walk to downtown, or an $8 taxi. Everything about the condo is great from the beds to the furniture. Well decorated with lots of towels and the sheets are nice and new. WiFi worked fast enough for me to work remotely and access files. Wonderful host in Vanda, she was super easy to reach and very accommodating for my late checkout. Would absolutely recommend this place.

Great place! Clean!

Place is great. Vanda was very attentive and helpful. The lock was a little tricky. Whoever installed it didn't align the bolt properly. When leaving trick was to not close the door quite all the way then push lock button. Same for entering, you have to apply a little pressure against the door for it to unlock.

Fabulous

The condo was bright, very spacious and well equipped, with a lovely large balcony - it exceeded our expectations! Vanda was a great host :-). The pool was lovely. There is a nice reef you can snorkel at a few minutes walk away (in front of the Villa Blanca hotel), and otherwise there are plenty of dive shops and tour places nearby, including at the marina (approx 25 mins walk away, where we booked diving and snorkeling trips). There is a small shop very close by but otherwise you probably need a car or to take a taxi to the larger supermarket, but that is very easy to do. Would highly recommend!

A beautifully equipped holiday condo that made our vacation.

When a place looks as great as this one did on the listing, I’m often a little worried. But any worries we’re dispelled immediately once we walked in. The Master suite opens up onto the balcony letting you watch the cruise ships coming and going while lying in bed! One of your biggest problems is going to be working out if you want to watch the sunset from your own deck, or from the pool or hot tub We had breakfast most days on the deck and a couple of lunches. The kitchen lacked nothing! We ate dinner at places that we mostly walked to, or grabbed one of the plentiful cabs that run past the gates all the time. Great location and great condo. Vanda our Host we wonderfully communicative in advance and during the stay. A pleasure dealing with her and staying here.

You should definitely rent this place!

I rented this unit for Thanksgiving and it was everything I expected, and more. The condo was very clean and had everything needed for a holiday feast including a fully stocked kitchen and cleaning supplies. The patio was spacious and had a beautiful view. It was more spacious than I expected and the entire property complex was very nice. I will definitely stay here again and so should you! Vanda was a pleasure to communicate with, made everything easy and was available when needed. I wish I never had to leave.

Great family stay

We thoroughly enjoyed this clean, spacious condo with plenty of amenities, great view, and 24 hr security. Our afternoon dips in the pool were lovely. The dive shop downstairs was very convenient. Shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance. Vanda was great with communication and provided recommendations. Would stay here again.

Extremely clean! Walk to Snorkel! Stunning Pool!

Our family of four had a wonderful vacation at El Palmar. Upon entry there is a security guard. The complex is very well kept and felt very safe. The unit is extremely clean and has nice new furniture, towels, kitchen utensils, etc. Anything we needed to make a meal was there. The beds are comfy and the restrooms are very clean. Valda was available by text in case we needed her . The staff of the complex was constantly cleaning and were friendly and accommodating. We are next door at Paprika’s and liked it a lot. We also had drinks at Sunset and snorkeled there which is just across the street from the condo. We also ate and snorkeled at Blue Angel that is less than a half mile. We did rent a car (Avis) and were glad we did to be able to see the whole island. I highly recommend this property. We stay at a lot of Home Aways and this is the cleanest one we’ve been to. The view is great and the interior is relaxing at the end of a long day at the beach. I recommend This property for kids as well. Can’t say enough good things about EL Palmar.

Spacious, clean and beautiful condo in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was immaculate and comfortable. It is centrally located, with a pool facing the ocean. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and welcoming as was the owner. You can't beat this for the size , location and value. Without a doubt, we would return to this unit should we come back to the beautiful island of Cozumel.

L'appartement est absolument parfait pour des vacances réussies à Cozumel ;-))) Il est conforme à la description : très bien situé sur l’île, décoré avec goût tout en étant facile à vivre, et surtout très spacieux, avec des espaces distincts parents/enfants, des superbes salles de bains et un grand dressing très appréciable !! La cuisine est également très pratique et extrêmement bien équipée Au niveau de la résidence, la piscine est immense, avec beaucoup de transats disponibles, et l'espace de jeux enfants très agréable. Et en plus, Vanda est adorable et prévenante, pour vous faire passer les meilleures vacances possibles ;-)))
