The property is located approximately 10 minutes walk to Princes Street, 15 minute walk to Waverley Station and 20 minute walk to Old Town. It is situated within 5 minutes walk of the Edinburgh Playhouse.

Enter our home through a private main door at ground level (with ramp access) and you'll be greeted by a bright and lovely living area and dining area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware We provide all cutlery you’ll need to cook a delicious home-cooked meal using the inbuilt electric hobs, oven and microwave.

There are 2 bedrooms with a double and king-sized bed. The master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room. Every bed is fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure your comfort.

As well as the en-suite there is a master bathroom, equipped with all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up including a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

We also love to host kids, we have a large cot and high chair available for you upon request. Please contact us if you have an special requests for your family.

The property has a smart TV with free Netflix for guests.
