Enjoy free parking, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern open plan lounge with pool table. Just minutes from the tram stop, with easy access to Manchester city centre and Old Trafford Stadium. Close to the M60 motorway, this is the ideal base for football fans, families, and group stays.
The Space:
The property is one of just two private apartments within the same building, both exclusively managed by us for Airbnb stays. There are no other units on site, offering guests a more private and peaceful experience.
Inside, the apartment features a double bedroom with an adjoining room containing two single beds, creating an ideal family friendly sleeping arrangement.
The heart of the home is a spacious open plan living area, complete with a pool table, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and even an air fryer for added convenience.
In addition, there are two more bedrooms:
One with two double beds
Another with one double bed
There is also a modern bathroom with a walk in shower.
Guests benefit from free, secure parking at the rear of the building, monitored by CCTV. The property also offers super fast Wi-Fi and a Smart TV loaded with all major streaming apps for your entertainment.
