The Space
• Living Area: Bright lounge with sofa, dining table, and direct access to the balcony. • Kitchen: Fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, and washing machine, along with the essentials for home cooking. • Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, each with standard beds and storage. • Bathroom: One bathroom with a shower and WC. • Outdoor Space: Private balcony with outlook onto the street and nearby buildings.
Things to be aware of (reflected in the price):
• The property does not have Wi-Fi or a TV. • There is some general wear and tear, as the home is due for refurbishment in 2026. • This apartment is presented as a straightforward rental with the essentials for day-to-day living. It offers a practical set-up rather than luxury finishes, but is fully equipped with the core amenities needed for a comfortable stay. • From mid November until end of January there will be demolition works taking place on an adjacent building. The works will be happening from Monday to Friday within working hours. The works will be at the rear of the building and not facing the living area or bedrooms.
