Gorgeous Executive Rambler - Perfect for your time in and out of Minneapolis
Stunning executive rambler that was built in 2013; one owner occupied home. Four spacious bedrooms, three full bathrooms (one large bathtub), and ample space for a small or large group visiting Minnesota. 1.5 miles from the main freeway I-94 that gets you into Minneapolis in 30 minutes and only 10 minutes to the Northstar Train into Minneapolis. Also, only an hour from the beautiful lakes area of central Minnesota; excellent location. Corner lot with only one side neighbor with .9 acres of land to enjoy. Expansive glass view deck overlooking the wildlife and marsh area; not the back of homes.
Room darkening shades in all the bedrooms, two dining tables (one up and one down), small kitchen downstairs, as well as bar seating as well.
The house backs up to a marsh and overlooks grassland; gorgeous views. Quiet and yet accessible and will be perfect for the Superbowl or a journey to Minnesota.

This is property is perfect for either a quiet getaway to Minnesota or the excitement of the Superbowl. We are centrally located only about an hour from the lakes region and 30 minutes into Minneapolis. You have privacy and and accessibility at the same time. Tax free shopping is 2 miles away as well as some great restaurants. The train into Minneapolis is only 12 miles away - forgoing parking fees or anything else while you enjoy the city.
What makes this property unique
This house can sleep 12 comfortably. It comes with one (king) bed, two (queen) beds, and a crib. There are two couches and an air mattress as well. Eating will be a breeze with a huge bar area with four chairs as well as the full dining table as well; so you can be as together as you want to be during your stay. With no back or front neighbors you get the privacy as well. Great location to enjoy Minneapolis and the suburbs.
