This fantastic villa is designed for large groups and families seeking holidays filled with comfort and fun. With a maximum capacity for 17 people, the property always includes the main house and an independent bungalow, offering space, privacy and comfort for all guests.



The estate, completely fenced, features a spacious private saltwater heated swimming pool included in the price, available from 1 October to 31 May, with a child safety cover, two outdoor jacuzzis (also available from October to May, with additional cost), children's playground, small gym and leisure areas with billiards, table football, basketball hoop and relaxation spaces that guarantee entertainment for adults and children.



The villa is located just a few minutes by car from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande and several golf courses, with excellent road connection to Málaga airport. Additionally, it is possible to contract extra services such as transfers, bicycle hire or home massages.



In the main house (two floors) you will find:



Upper floor: four bedrooms (with double and single beds, some with television and video console), a master bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, as well as a full bathroom.



Ground floor: a spacious living-dining room with access to the porch and swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning, and a full bathroom.



The bungalow is independent and extends capacity up to 17 places, with space for 3 people, private bathroom and air conditioning. Ideal for teenagers or groups seeking an extra level of privacy. (No kitchen).



The accommodation has air conditioning in all bedrooms, central heating, fireplace, fans, WiFi connection (with limited coverage in some outdoor areas) and multiple televisions.



The environment combines rural tranquillity with an excellent location near beaches (21 km), golf courses, water parks and tourist attractions of the Costa del Sol, becoming the perfect option for a family holiday.



Important: the villa is always rented complete (main house 1 bungalow). Events such as weddings, communions or celebrations that exceed the holiday capacity of the property are not permitted.
