Fantastic Villa overlooking the Bay of Malaga and the Sierra de Mijas very close to everything 1 km from the Lauro Golf course, about 20 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from Malaga capital.
The house has 240 m2 on two floors, 3 bedrooms upstairs with a large bathroom with shower and hot tub and an outdoor terrace, on the ground floor there is 1 bedroom, a toilet, a large living room and full kitchen, plus a large porch overlooking the large heated pool (check price of the pool's air conditioning with owner)
Plot of 5,000 m2 composed of more than 1,000 m2 of recreational area with heated pool with sun loungers, barbecue, playground for children with swings, basketball basket, ping pong table, billiards, hammock etc ... Free Wifi . The rest of the plot is fenced and planted with different tree species and a chicken coop with fresh eggs daily.

We had a woderful stay in the villa. We found the house very clean and had great days around the large pool during the days. There were also a lot of activities that especially the children found very fun at the house. Thanks Maria and Miguel for a very nice stay!

I'm so happy that I found this location, we had a fantistic time!It's spotlessly clean, it has good air conditioning, a big heated pool, a pool table, table tennis, basketball and table football.It's completely private and has a gated driveway so you always feel secure.The kitchen is very well equipped, a TV in every room (with lots of channels). It's a 10 minute drive from everything you need.There are chickens so you get fresh eggs every morning!The hosts were perfect.. We didn't have any problems but they checked in with us occasionally to make sure we were happy.100% recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! It was perfect! The hosts were lovely, they greeted us when we arrived and explained the property to us. The rooms are huge, large beds in every room. The best swimming pool ever…big, clean, plus diving board and slide for the kids! We played basketball, ping pong and used the pool table every day! And the location was great… easy drives to Malaga, Marbella , Mijas, Ronda, and Nerja! Best decision ever and we really hope to return and stay at this property again one day !

The hosts were very thorough in providing me with information on how to find the property and met me upon arrival to show me around. The property is well equipped and in a good location with easy access to Malaga airport with a journey of around 30 mins. The hosts were very helpful and gave an insight into local facilities. This is an excellent base for a large group or multi generational family to spend time near Malaga. It is spacious, the beds are very comfortable, all the bedrooms have air conditioning, the large heated pool is brilliant, and there are lots of things to keep everyone occupied. Plenty of sunbeds, shade for those who need it, beautiful grounds, a pool table, and of course the wonderful chickens and fresh eggs every day! Miguel and Maricarmen are amazing hosts, so kind and attentive, and ready to help with any problems that may arise.We had a great week and would love to return again in future.

Great Family home

Check in was very easy, we met the owners at the house and was explained everything. Fantastic nice size pool and facilities ideal for families. Even fresh figs off the trees and eggs from the chickens!

We had the best vacation in this house as two families. Lots of room. Verry clean. The best host. We really enjoyed the heated pool since it was october. I really hope we can get back and stay in this house again.

Fabulous villa.

True gem of Andalusia

Absolutely Amazing Stay!We had an incredible time at this holiday villa. The view was absolutely outstanding, the heated pool was perfect for relaxing, and the hosts were truly marvelous—friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Beautiful house for a great vacation

Our party was 2 families with kids and we had great time in this beautiful house. Maricarmen and Miguel were so welcoming and friendly hosts. The house was perfectly equipped, with all kitchen appliances, and barbacue equipment. The pool was nicely heated and clean. Everything was perfect and would definitely come back.

Superb place for a big family.

We had lovely days in the house. It is spacious and very well equipped. The pool is absolutely perfect for families, stairs in one end for the youngest and oldest. Lot’s of fun for the children. The owners are really, really nice and helpful.

Great holiday!

We spent a fantastic week here. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful. House is very well equipped, heated pool allows you to use it anytime. Property is situated in a calm area but very close to Malaga. Highly reccomended! I'm sure we will be coming back at some point!

Superb Villa

This is a lovely Villa, which fully delivered all of our family requirements. Its location was perfect, private for the family needs and located near enough to enjoy the tourist places. The hosts were lovely people who couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was perfect. We will be booking again for 2025 and would have no issue in recommending other people to use.

Fantastic holiday

Villa and owners both fantastic, would rate higher than 5 if we could. Our grandchildren loved the swimming pool in particular but also playing ping pong, table tennis and basketball. Will definitely return

Marvellous Malaga

We loved our two weeks in Malaga in Villa Vereda del Palmar. The villa was just fabulous and perfect for our family needs, very comfortable with lots of character. Miquel and Mariecarmen were perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The pool was fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for me. Really hope we will be able to return soon
