Welcome to our Lakefront Cabin—a beautiful farmhouse-style cottage/chalet set on nearly 200 private acres. This is not a community property, so you’ll enjoy complete privacy throughout your stay.

The property is completely open with no fencing other then the front gate.
Please enjoy the tennis court, lake and hiking trails but be understanding of our neighbors property lines which are marked by either a stone wall or POSTED / PRIVATE PROPERTY signage.

Welcome to our estate! We’re excited to host you and want to ensure your stay is comfortable, safe, and enjoyable. Please take a few minutes to review the following important guidelines.
👥 Reservations & Guests
Your reservation must list the correct number of people and pets.
If you plan to invite guests during your stay, please let us know in advance. A fee applies for additional guests, whether staying overnight or visiting.
The property is monitored with security cameras at the front gate and in front of every home.
⏰ Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Please provide your approximate arrival time in advance.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a $100 fee, depending on availability.

Maximum capacity: 20 guests across 3 chalets/cottages:
Dream Chalet – 6 guests
Believe Chalet – 6 guests
Achieve Chalet – 8 guests
Perfect for: family reunions, weddings, yoga retreats, birthdays, retreats, corporate events, ski weekends, photographers, and film crews.
Not suitable for: large parties, loud groups, or disruptive events.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM onward and must be respected.
🗑️ Garbage & Cleaning
All garbage must be taken to the bins at the front of the property.
Do not leave garbage inside or outside the cottage, as it attracts animals.
Please treat the home with care. Excessive mess may result in an extra cleaning fee.
🐾 Pets
Pets must be added to the reservation. A Pet Fee Will Apply.
If you’re bringing pets:
Do not let pets swim in the lake and then enter the home.
Pets must not be on beds or furniture unless dry and clean.
Bring your own towels for pets — guest towels may not be used.
🛁 Towels
Towels are for personal use only.
Do not use them for pets, outdoors, or for cleaning shoes/boots.
🔥 Fireplaces & Firepits
Firewood and matches are provided; please bring your own fire starters.
Do not overfill fireplaces with wood.
Fires must never be left unattended.
🛠️ Amenities Provided
Toiletries & Linens: robes, towels, sheets, extra blankets, hair dryer, toilet paper, paper towels.
Kitchen: Nespresso (regular pods), toaster, pots/pans, utensils, silverware, wine glasses, oil, salt, pepper, mixer, cleaning supplies.
Laundry: washer & dryer in every home (detergent & softener included).
If you need something specific, please ask — we’ll do our best to provide it.
👶 Traveling With Babies & Kids
A real crib with a new mattress is available.
Additional cribs may be arranged upon request (subject to availability).
We are kid-friendly — let us know if you need special arrangements.
🎾 Tennis Court
The newly remodeled tennis court is free for guest use.
Tennis rackets (and balls, when available) are provided.
Please return rackets and balls and leave the court tidy for the next guest.
🧹 Housekeeping
Housekeeping services can be arranged during your stay upon request (additional fee).
🌲 Wildlife & Nature
The estate is located in a forest — you may encounter deer, foxes, coyotes, raccoons, bears, turkeys, turtles, snakes, and more. Most will avoid you.
Insects such as bees, flies, spiders, and mosquitoes are common. Please keep doors closed and be cautious while hiking.
