Nestled in the picturesque Valley of Grotticelli, Villa Fascino offers breathtaking views of the countryside, where vibrant green landscapes meet a bright blue sky. The villa is just a short drive from several stunning beaches, including the crystal-clear waters of Faraglioni di Scopello, the white pebble shore of Guidaloca Bay, and the pristine natural beauty of the Zingaro Nature Reserve, a paradise for nature enthusiasts and beach lovers alike.

Villa Fascino has been thoughtfully designed to provide guests with a high-quality, stylish, and elegant retreat. Constructed and furnished with premium materials, it exudes charm and comfort. The living area is spacious and filled with natural light, featuring a striking combination of blue-tiled floors and the equipped white kitchen. Two cosy sofas complete the inviting living room. The sleeping quarters consist of two king-sized bedrooms, both sharing a bathroom with a shower, that is also accessible from the living area.

Outdoor the villa boasts a large, covered veranda, perfect for staying cool on warm summer days. Overlooking a picturesque valley filled with olive trees and vineyards, the veranda includes a barbecue area, a relaxing lounge with comfortable sofas, and a dining space ideal for alfresco meals.

At the front of the villa, a solarium equipped with sun loungers provides a serene spot to soak up the sun while admiring breathtaking views of the mountains and the sea. On the side of the property, an inviting private swimming pool (6 x 3 meters, 1.40 meters deep; open from April 1st to November 30th) surrounded by olive trees, offers a refreshing escape.
